Returns & Exchanges

At ORLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a color isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have not been excessively used to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items—ideally in the original shipping box—and drop them off at any authorized UPS location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
